Week 1 : Introduction to Technology

      On 23^rd August 2019, Mr.Deddy gave explanantion about technology and what kinds of technology around us in terms to ICT subject.

So what is technology ?

           Technology is the branch of knowledge that deals with the creation and use of technical means and their interrelation with life, society, and the environment, drawing upon such subjects as industrial arts, engineering, applied science, and pure science.Technology refers to methods, systems, and devices which are the result of scientific knowledge being used for practical purposes.

Kinds of technology around us :

     Technology can make our work easier, help us in finding things without spending extra energy and save time, for example in the current era there are several types of payments via the internet, communicating with others using E-Mail or other applications and now many online shopping such as Shopee, Tokopedia and Bukalapak which makes it easy for us to find the product we want to find.

    As learners we must learn technology, add more knowledge about technology, how to use it, it is very useful to increase our skills, so we can ready to face the 21^st century and the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which requires us to understand technology in order to apply it in the future.
