HOW TO OVERCOME JET LAG ( MY ICT FINAL PROJECT )

In this post i will explain to you how to overcome jet lag problems, but before that do you know about jet lag ? if not let me explain to you what is jet lag.

What is Jetlag ?

Jet lag is fatigue and confusion after a long air travel, due to the inability of the body to adjust to a new time zone.

Jet lag can move one's sleep patterns and allows drowsiness and lethargy (less energy). The more time zones that are traversed due to long distances, the jet lag that is usually experienced becomes more severe.

Cause of Jet Lag

We know that the world is divided into 24 different time zones. Our body's natural rhythm will also shrink 24 hours a day (circadian rhythm), this rhythm can be facilitated after crossing different time zones. So, the cause of jet lag is a trip that is much more difficult because of the new time zone.

For example, now at 21:00 WIB in Indonesia which is usually your time to sleep, but compilation of long trips by plane so far in a relatively short time when he arrived in America it turns out there is still noon, and it seems strange when sleeping early in the morning, well this is what will make the body's rhythm will be disrupted.

Rhythm or body clock that is important in sleep and wake patterns, but it also affects:

1. Appetite
2. Digestion
3. The habit of defecating and small
4. Body temperature
5. Blood pressure or pressure
6. Appetite
7. Digestion
8. The habit of defecating and small
9. Body temperature
10. Blood pressure or pressure
11. Hormonal cycle

Just like the illustration above, besides setting the time in your area now consists of hunger in the morning (breakfast time) and sleepiness at night. If you are traveling in a different time zone (the difference is big), then this can make the body's rhythm adjust to the new daily routine in the new time zone.

What are the problems and signs of someone having jet lag difficulties?

In addition to overcoming and insomnia, jet lag sufferers might also consider physical and emotional conflicts such as constipation, diarrhea, confusion, dehydration, headaches, irritability, nausea, sweating, conversation, encouragement, encouragement, and possible memory.

Some people report additional jet lag problems consisting of heart rate and an increase in disease.
